The name KEDATON is an abbreviation of Tabanan Regional Civil Service Online which combines two applications, namely SIMKITA and Selamat, which enable performance reporting and employee attendance records efficiently and transparently.The KEDATON application plays an important role in increasing efficiency, accountability and transparency in personnel management in the Tabanan Region. By providing an integrated and easy-to-use platform, KEDATON helps improve employee performance and strengthen human resource management within the Tabanan Regency Regional Government.
